Sims 3 forgot password

January I tried using that website but the little box where you type in the letters you see isn't there. It wouldn't let me go on with out. I've refreshed it and it still doesn't work. Why won't it work? January - last edited January What letters? Your password?

If you go to thesims3. You'll need to furnish the email address that is associated with your account. If you do not remember that, you'll probably need to create a new account which may mean that you have lost access to any games associated with that account. If you cannot access that email account any longer, you'll need to get with EA customer service expect a very long time on hold and be surprised if it doesn't happen.
